Well if she's my oshi she actually has talent so she'd be playing in the music category and dancing with a bad ass body tracking rig. Then her growth would shoot through the roof because she could rent out her VODs to MTV or some channel that still plays music and grow even bigger.

Vroid, yeah. Veleck uses it too and, surprisingly, PiCKY. It's a pretty accessible software, but often traps people into being lazy with it. PiCKY showed that it can be more flexible, and bunzel uses it to fuck around. Koopa started off with a Vroid model too, along with a couple others. You'll probably recognize those models across multiple other chuubas.

Most parties base their ballots on internal elections and if you recruit a bunch of friends into joining the party (usually a small, nominal fee) they can vote for you so you will end up fairly high on the ballots.

That being said, while you're right in one regard, I'm going to say this:

Can you make sure those 20 friends of yours will remain engaged with your streams? Will they interact with you? Chat speed is a metric measured as well, at least on Twitch, as is inflow of unique views. Someone with 25-30 average views will probably draw in hundreds of views over a 2-3 hour stream, meaning the algorithms will notice a rising trend, esp. if they keep them for a few minutes, and thus they will get pushed more on front page, or when people search games.

If you've got the personality of a paperbag, or don't know how to interact with strangers, those 20 friends of yours will just be a ball and chain around your ankle.
