Question for Sanalites: do you feel disrespected by how Sana has handled her graduation?
She doesn't even seem to care. Every time I've heard her address it, it has this air of "anyways, I'm graduating, fuck you, get over it, bye" like a parent talking to their kid about their divorce but they hate the other parent so they don't care that the kid's gonna be sad about it

I think there's too much comparison to Coco and Rushia's graduations.
When Coco and Rushia graduated, it was very clear that the talents themselves didn't want to leave Hololive. In Coco's case she felt forced to go, and in Rushia's she was actually forced to go.
This decision seems to have been Sana's herself, with Cover trying their best to make her stay. This will have made it easier for Sana to come to terms with, as it seems to have been a decision she wanted to make a while ago that has finally been agreed upon.
This will be why she isn't as big of a blubbery mess as Coco and Rushia were.
Also, Sana has talent outside of streaming with her art. It's what she wants to return to. Coco and Rushia have no money making skills outside of streaming, so being removed from their streaming personas and built up channels would've hit harder for them both too.
