One of my favourite Holostars is Aruran who is a huge fag for male idols, this really is not the problem. My only problem is people literally seething on but a mention of males. Virtual males, just to add. With Niji always being okay with intersex collabs we've received kino like Kuzuha x Mikoto or Joe x Chima and many more. They're not here to fuck your oshi, they just want not to be treated like shit.

I fucking hate this. Don't try for the 'I just want what's best for everyone' shpiel and then undercut it by insulting the gen. Let them debut. Whether or not they succeed or not is on them but you're letting your actual tribal dipshittery leak through here. I'm a longtime JP Stars fan and I genuinely just want the new EN guys to be decent streamers who can collab with and bring something new to the existing Stars community. If a month from now they all manage a consistent 500-600 CCV on their streams I'll consider them a moderate success. More so if they deliver on content/fill out niches the current batch of JP Stars don't already bring. What's "best for everyone" doesn't mean they have to be LuxNoc: Hololive Edition. It only is that way because that's the moral high ground angle you're using to bitch about them. And if I'm already taking the bite I'll go out and say it: the designs aren't great but I also don't really care. Personally, the state of a vtuber's Live 2D doesn't actually matter much to me as long as it's unique and eyecatching. And the current designs unironically are that. I wish the new kids all the best and I'll check out their debut streams before I decide if I wanna continue following them versus just watching the Stars I currently follow.

I also want all of HoloPro to be successful, not just the female branches. I am mostly a NijiJP enjoyer. And because I am not kid anymore I own a Nintendo Switch, a PS4 and an Xbox Series X. So take my opinion with a grain of salt.
But I actually want the Holostars to do better and I want Hololive to be more open about them. I think the low numbers of Holostars are undeserved and are only related to management issues.
However, the new HolostarsEN members look like they did them on a very low budget. As in they want to prove that look guys at least we tried, but we failed. Just why? They are doomed to fail and it is just sad you know.
