There's honestly very few I can think of, I don't want the NijiEN males getting near them, I really don't like their style of content and who they pander to. From what I've heard the indies are all as bad as I thought, and so I absolutely don't want any of them collabing(particularly worried about this Shoto leech I've heard a lot about). Perhaps Mouse? I never really had a problem with her content and she seems down to earth, plus it's established that she actually likes Stars JP. None of the other vshojo girls have ever interested me though.

Also I don't think anyone who isn't a tourist was expecting stars EN to be competing for the same audience as the niji men. Having 13 nijis vs having 10 isn't really going to make a difference in the holostars success. I don't think any of the new nijis are going to dethrone the first wave of niji men, and therefore their addition doesn't really change the market at all for holostars
