Mama Information:
Axel shares the same artist with David, Caster Gilgamesh, and Mandricardo from FGO.
Regis's Mama designed every FE3H character and UtaPri character.
Noir's Mama drew Male Grima from FEH, as well as Ookanehira and Heshikiri Hasebe from Touken Ranbu. He/she was also the head designer of Paradox Live.
Lastly, Magni's artist is most notable for designing Ashiya Douman, one of the most popular characters for yumejo shenanigans.

I would have hoped Hololive would have learned from the mistakes made with Noctyx: do not use first time model designers! It doesn't matter how much prestige or how amazing their portfolio is: L2D models have specific technical requirements and it takes experience to adapt artwork to those requirements. My point isn't really about who's uglier, but more that the models made by first time mamas clearly have the most issues, especially when rigged (and Magni has a good rigger but his demo video was comically bad). Uki and Sonny's mamas make stunning artwork with a skill that isn't reflected in their models.

The one thing I wish they copied from niji here is the debut trailer voicelines. Luxiem's were meme central but gave us a good look at what they were gonna sound like and made the whole package more appealing. Having these models with no voices for 5 days is gonna be torture.

okay i am trying to be optimistic.
their design other than regis & axel is huge debuff (honestly i think noir is fine, i can see he's going to bait certain niche subset of ojisan fucker that will fucking loyal to him), but i believe they can be saved if they're talented & entertaining.
they just need to mog nijiEN males on singing-music department & has entertaining personality.
i don't think they will kill luxiem unless a miracle happens but i can see them mog noctyx & their JP counterpart.
either way, their schtick & personality on their twitter seems great.
What worries me if the rrats that one of Tempus' boys was Shoto's friends before he's popular is true, then fuck. i hope they boys do well enough w/o has to leeching to Shoto or if they did collab, they're not too involved with his faggy gimmick.

This is probably the likely case, because Redjuice, Pako, and Magni's artist are really good at drawing. I don't get why people think chubba design will affect anything. Personality trumps design in the vast majority of cases. Even Gura's design is all kinds of fucked ignoring the loli factor she has the whole rhombus head + a fucking lazy eye, Kobo's design was initially the most panned, picrel is one of the biggest Stars and just look at him.

Shitty avatar + boring personality is a death trap sure, but thats a deserved death trap. Anyone good enough can overcome a bad design.
