Ha! Not anatomy anon but since you put it like that let's get nit picky! With anime style you can change your proportions quite a bit so nothing is really wrong per se, but those feet are quite dainty. One foot is roughly = forearm in reality. Her left foot is midfoot arch seems to be convex and joins awkwardly with the heel, consider adding a bit of concavity. The ankle is a little poorly defined and seems short: note the left knee if lower and the left heel higher than the right lower extremity which is odd unless there's foreshortening going on, which makes the heel seem like the calcaneus at first glance. If she's on her toes the gastroc should flex and end around the midpoint of the lower leg, with a sharper transition to soleus/Achilles. The knee cap shouldn't have an inferior contour especially when standing at most it should have an indent as it transitions to the patellar tendon and tibial tuberosity. Vastus contour and the drop off the tibial plateau can curve in like that but they should above or below the patella itself. Her right thigh is quite a bit thicker than the left. Subtle thing here but both the quad and the hamstring have a greater curvature in the midpoint and then flatten as they approach the knee depending on degree of flexion/extension, but the left anterior thigh has the opposite which feels a bit off. The right hip could use a little better definition between the glut/buttock/hamstring, which would help with the thigh issue. The right hand I assume you are working on, but the hypothenar still ends on the bottom of the wrist, the curve shouldn't extend past the undersurface of the distal forearm. In the bent position the posterior elbow and triceps shouldn't form a straight line, need to thin out to the tendon and add a facet for the olecranon. The right forearm is a bit thick compared to the upper arm/left arm. The elbow crease should be straighter as the compression of the biceps to the forearm is the major source of definition, the brachioradialis does curve a bit but remember it has a relatively broad origin above the elbow, not the forearm. The armpit has no anterior axillary fold, with the arm away from the body the pec should bridge the arm and torso and insert under the deltoid, and over the biceps. It's ambiguous what the lines around the armpit actually are in this drawing. This is more subtle but that torso is just a bit flat. You have two contours between the armpit and hand, which I assume are the inferior ribcage below and the scapula/posterior axillary components above. If you block in where the ribcage is, given the rotation of the torso it feels like we should see a bit more of the side of the torso and it should be thicker, though this is something anatomy anon can probably illustrate better.

Just giving you a hard time man it's extremely cute. Just some things I noticed from an anatomy perspective, it's a never ending struggle. People are still critiquing Leonardo da Vinci's pec insertions centuries after his death

Action is hard. A lot of rules and shortcuts no longer apply and the contours you finally feel comfortable drawing aren’t there anymore. Lots of foreshortening, weird angles, composition is hard when you have 36 arms and legs but want to see everyone’s faces. Also I’m guessing not a lot of drawfags here familiar enough with ID to inject much personality/quirks into the piece. Hmm. Would be a good exercise I suppose. OR did you envision actual costumes or casual clothes/jerseys?

Looks good, although it looks a bit more like just shiny fabric. Latex tends to have more of a "mirror finish" with hard edges on the reflections instead of the smooth gradient you have.

People do duplicates all the time. Often someone will throw up a quick sketch and days later someone else produces something much more polished. Since I also suck I try to focus on requests that have been repeated a bunch of times and aren’t getting love unless something tickles my fancy.

the torso countour of yours is very thick framed . Kinda hard to be sure what the intended perspective is. There are problematic folds below the armpits and right(picture left) arm is a bit mangled.

It's a very distinctive artstyle, there's something to be said for distinguishing yourself a bit though I'm really curious if western artists are mimicking each other or some primary source as they share relatively close set eyes high on the head, with that particular lid/lash shape. If it's any consolation you're definitely getting better at more dynamic poses. The top middle-left and top right poses have a much better sense of movement than your other work I've seen. Your proportions are also getting better.
It might help you to just clear your head by doing another piece first.

the main problems is the legs and hand they make the whole pic look ummm... like a beginners work, if they were better the picture would look like 5 times better, there are other mistakes too but they arent that bad
