It's less Twitch or YT having inherently better or worse chatters and more the chat culture that the individual streamer fosters. Obviously if you compare xQc's chat to fucking Korone or something the former is going to be extremely rude, beligerent, and shitty by comparison, but that works both ways. So Kson can have a pleasant chat everywhere because it's how she runs things on both sites. Even in VShojo going from say, Froot's chat to Veibae's chat is an insane fucking culture shock in how wildly different they are.
