the thing is our workshops and related thigns work with the belief of a chuuba that kinda dictates what is "the best way" to do things. that can be, wearing womans clothes as a man, pretendign to be an animal, working naked, ect.

there should also be some who absolutly would work with the assumption of drugs are the best but i don't see them as a noticable majority in any way.

i can only see this go well for 1 year max before they have their yearly nut harvest thingy and way less to show for themselves. less nuts would also directly translate to less money for risuners

well that would certainly work inr egard to risuners being upper and their sex drive... at first.

but cocaine too will bring lots of issues in regards to sex in regards to impotence and while risuenrs might be upper on cocaine, they will eventually get it out of the system at soem point and then crash hard. it will also make them way more impulsive and aggressive.

but overall this would probably take longer to be noticable detrimental to risuners and by that point they might be addicted enough to not care about that stuff and foregoing their own way anyway in order to somehow get money to pay for drugs. and once that stage is reached risuners will become beggars in their own land with everything they have build up to benefit their nation crumbling because they will not have the wight in /risu/ themselves anymore to sway things.

you know i actually wonder. Risuners do have herbs of their own im sure. Makes me wonder if they would already know about the concept of drugs to begin with. Me and the other dragoons were wondering if /haha/ could become a theocracy, one justified by Selenism; like the Great Heavenly Mandate or the Heavenly Sovereign, making the king, or emperor, the representative of Selenism. I see a lot of ways it could implemented without fucking up the lore, namely one being an attempt by the king to gain legitimacy of his throne. It wouldn't change much in terms of the upper class, but it would be way more fun to model society after religion imho.

How is /haha/'s army? I remember seeing that it was certainly strong, but did it it's quality decay over time, was it's size decreased in order to work with an economic crisis? Also, what do you think of making a personal bodyguard company for the clergy and the more important figureheads.

Is sectarianism a major role in /haha/'s internal politics? Does the societal groups change with different regions?

/meat/ chuubanite might be more effective as a drug enhancer since it's been established that it has a higher affinity with organic material, not to mention it has already been used in other medical fields for that (freshgrafting, some uses of /meat/ tattoo and scars). That said, I do make the assumption that all chuubanites are able to enhance the effect of medicine (as at least /morig/ has made use of chuubanite-based psychotropic, and there are probably other cultures that have something similar).
As for antiseptics and anaesthetics, I would say it's less about the /meat/ chuubanite itself but rather its ability to fortify the existing antiseptic and anaesthetic effect the drugs already have.

The dragons in /haha/ have different characteristics, not all of them are fire-breathing beasts that slay the enemies on the battlefield. Just like how not everyone is suited to be an US marine, not every dragon is suited to fight. They're really useful to agriculture, being able to carry extremely heavy equipment without damaging it, planting seeds and watering the plants while also taking care of cows and sheep so that they don't wander off into the wilderness are just a few of their chores in the farms.
This isn't canon, but I'd like to imagine that there are different races with different sizes for dragons. I just imagine it would be really cute having a small dragon helping you out at the bakery.
Battle-worthy dragons are another beast to tackle. I have to rework some of their characteristics, but they're basically extremely expensive to train and maintain, while being really useful for low intensity missions such as reconnaissance and patrols in friendly territory.

Discrimination in the Republic

While the Republic's humanist rethoric and doctrine is propagated to and by the population, this very same population holds multiple beliefs that are considered discriminatory against others, generally this discrimination is directed against foreigners and those that do not comfort to social norms.

Those in the frontier and port cities are not nearly as disriminatory when compared to those in the industrial and inner cities, it is reasoned that this is because the population in those cities are more in contact with foreigners than other places of the Republic. Going over neighbouring and sister countries can show that there are general trends to observe.
When regarding the druids because of their particular features of branches and plant life in their body being more off-putting to the population, some frontier towns are varied in how much they tolerate the druids for some are more aggressive while others are much more accepting of their features.
The Sanallites don't face discrimination as they are seen as more comforting towards the Republic's culture due to their large suits, and there's not enough sanallites to actually create an impression from the general population towards them.
The mountain monks are seen in a very good light due to their percieved wiseness and healthy relations between various religious temples of the Republic and the various orders of the mountain monks that engage in diplomatic dealings.
There is strong discrimination towards kronies in part due to the cold relations between the Owl Republic and the Kronie Oligarchy and in part due to the different cultures and bad history. Even in the port city they are looked down upon by the general population and in the inner country are the target of violent crime.
The Hoshiyomi are well liked due to the relations between the navies and the fact that they are a good market for the farmers and merchants of the country, who then spread their good experiences towards the general population.

The social norms and culture of the Republic is very relaxed if quiet, and allows its people much freedom on the ways they wish to act, however, if one starts to become more socially unbearable and starts acting in ways that may be considered annoying by other civilians then that person may start facing discrimination and insults by others.

Those that are not human face much stronger discrimination than those that are human, perhaps because of the very same humanist doctrine of the Republic. Humans that hold strong non-human features face varying degrees of opposition according to the extent of their changes.
