What are your thoughts on the design /vt/?

Making this because everyone seems to miss the context of the design. She designed it herself and throughout the months and during her twitcasts she periodically asked questions about Vtuber model designs to her Gachi seemingly at random and all of the most popular answers match what is on the design itself such as hair color, height, being echi, somewhat flat, dichromatic eyes etc. They unknowingly designed the model themselves.

Pic from Froot as she has seen the model herself and is usually very accurate with her art.

Presumably branded herself as a leaker who'll go behind her company's back and spread private information to unaffiliated third parties if it suits her. I'd imagine that's not a good reputation to have in a professional setting, as it raises serious questions about trust and competence.

It was the wrong thing for the right reasons though. A desperate attempt to protect the image someone cultivates as a chuba, that genuine concern for how they're perceived, makes that chuba look like a person rather than some deceitful grifter who only ever does what's convenient, goes with the flow, and prioritizes their cash flow above all else. That's probably why her fans made her an angel, because she could've just bent the knee and continued collecting her paychecks if all she cared about was going the safe route and pocketing the cash.

You're presuming rationality behind her behavior. It's a historical fact that she's unstable, and has suicide baited repeatedly in the past and while said event was happening. Someone in that state of mind is not making calm decisions in order maintain their image, instead they are far more likely to just be panicking because they think they are about to lose a massive source of their income. Not only that, all corpo vtubers are aware that getting fired from their job is less bad for their bottom line than losing their audience, so while it might've been an incorrect evaluation, it's still pretty reasonable to prioritize your fans over your employer beyond a certain point.
