My theory is she did injure it at some point, but it got better and she exaggerrated it as an excuse - just like the dog. People just buy the bad back story because that's actually a real thing that could actually-cause issues, if there was a premeditated health issue that would make people back off it's that because a lot of back shit is incurable even with surgery and basically you need to be on painkillers for life just to cope.

As was said however, streaming is actually one of the few things you can do even if you're totally crippled by a bad back. Ironmouse is living proof of it. You can just get a monitor brace thing to hold it over your bed and stream lying down if necessary. Sana just didn't wanna put in effort to continue.

I would also think however if the back thing is real this is why Cover apparently didn't try too hard to convince her to stay and just let her go, if she couldn't even use her 3D when it was ready.
