Anya loves artsy garbage and metaphorical shit, but she also loves analyzing stuff. Her watchalongs and Crystar streams illustrate this perfectly, she's going to be enjoying the story and not care for the gameplay. Death stranding is a really good game for her, even if you don't like the game, you'd enjoy watching Anya play it if you like her. Way better than that Deus Ex beggar who probably has no idea how terrible Anya is at first person movement and orientation, not liking shooters as well not giving a shit about the game's themes as they're mostly about cyberpunk themes and western values.
I also don't think she'll enjoy Alien isolation if she manages to get permissions for that one.
