Any corpo chuubas who actually encourage watching other streams when they finish? Which fanbase is the most notorious for only knowing/watching one chuuba.

Cumbuds and Nousagis, though the latter ones are known to swarm another stream whenever Pekora is there.
As for your first point, maybe NijiCN with their constant raids, though 99% or the time they barely stay more than a minute.

somewhat related but NijiEN seem to throw me around with the raids without me knowing. I'd be watching Petra or Millie and be thrown to Enna or Reimu > then some NijiCN. I want to be given options, not leashed like a pet
