-Hire an English-speaking employee with some knowledge of western culture and social/business norms and task them fulltime on getting western game permissions
-Standardize their rigging pipeline, then hire a dedicated team of 2-3 competent riggers to gradually update everyone's L2D rigs to a baseline of at least minimum acceptable quality
-Form an IT team specialized in troubleshooting for streamers, or at LEAST let the JP talents enlist the help of your 150+ employee office's IT department which MUST ALREADY EXIST, and have at least 1 English-speaking IT person to cover EN and ID
-Work with bulk suppliers or sponsors to get standardized hardware for their talents so they don't have to build their PCs out of fucking scraps and spend 3 weeks without streaming because they're waiting for their next premade to come through the mail
