For writing reasons, Myth wins. Council are literal gods, organised as a self-described council. Myth are a ragtag ensemble of vaguely supernatural beings with poorly defined power-levels. Myth are clearly the underdogs, and therefore the only interesting reason for this fight to happen is if Myth are the heroes fighting against the tyranny of the Council.
As for individual matchups/fights, i reckon they would go like this:
>Fauna
Fauna doesn't fight. At least, not initially. Instead she simply exists to offer tea to myth and big up the rest of council. I'm sure if pushed she would pull some wrath of nature bullshit like in the 4th pokemon movie. Maybe Kiara goes scorched earth in some misguided attempt to threaten Fauna and ends up jobbing to her.
>Kronii
Kronii, in addition to general superhuman capabilities, can experience the Sotobro effect. She is aware of, and understands any time-related power attempted by Ame. While Ame would attempt her usual tactics, Kronii would be able to respond in kind. This means that the fight is really centred around keeping Ame occupied from the actual fight, trying to use her timepiece as little as possible while escaping Kronii's attacks. Ame would also have limited ability to sense temporal anomolies, but this is relevant only once this fight and is entirely foreshadowing. Kronii's attacks, however, are lazy. She is slow, and just walks toward ame with a big clock-hand for a sword, but nothing stops her.
Eventually, stakes are raised, Ame starts having to jump timelines to escape. Getting tired of the chase, Kronii goes all out and places herself in every timeline at once. Ame uses this and turns the fight around by using infinite Ame works and binding her in every timeline.

Conceptually, "vs Ina" fits, just because Ina is the only one who can become a Kaiju big enough to combat fucking space. Though I couldn't tell you in the slightest how this fight goes.
>Mumei
I see mumei not having an actual matchup initially, but after pulling some sadist shit and revealing her psycho side (probably threatening ame after she finishes her fight with Kronii), this activates Gura's Predator form and we get a mildly satisfying beatdown.
>Bae
I have no idea exactly what "chaos" fights with, but I imagine its a lot of hax and Calli is the only character left without a 1v1.
Anyway, everyone else finishes their 1v1s and re-join the fight. Kiara's ashes burst into flames to protect Calli from a deathblow. Kiara is back with a zenkai boost. But even with all their powers combined they cannot best the rrat.
Then hope descends and becomes myth's white ranger.

Now the real question is what this arc would even be about/over?
