As for haachama... Well she was a one hit wonder with the EOP audience where she just exploded all at once, and with the introduction of more and more ENs as well as her coming back to Japan which means she streamed in bad slots for EOPs AND whatever happened to her after the coco graduation dwindled down her EOP audience to the point where it's almost non-existent at this point
The common thing between haachama and coco was that they're weird which is what appealed to the English audience unlike Sara who's pretty normal more or less.
Who knows, Sara might have exploded like haachama when she did and she might have not.
The thing is, the EOP audience in general is very fickle and regardless whether they pandered to them or not, they were going to leave them once the inevitable creation of EN branches would practically slowly kill them

Her design is cute but it clearly panders to otaku tastes and would probably be a bit too lewd for general audiences. Her content seems the kind of thing that also a lot of VShoujo streamers do, where the viewers, who are often self-hating nerds, are given the impression to be normalfags, since the streamer talks about normalfag things and lets them partake in the experience as if they were part of the cool kids club. In addition to that, they deliver a kind of "friendzone" experience, where the man orbits the girl he is attracted to and the girl is fully aware of it, yet both pretend it was just platonic in nature. I very much doubt that genuine normalfags would be interested in this kind of content. First of all, most female streamers are nerds themselves who are only adjacent to normalfag spheres by virtue of being women (opposed to being completely alienated from them like their male viewers), so their perspective is comparatively distant too, and not necessarily representative of what actual normalfags experience, and most of all panders to a hyperreal fantasy of what their viewers associate with normalcy rather than grasp at the real thing, so it probably wouldn't be too relatable; and second, normalfags would probably not be into this aforementioned friendzone/GFE thing, since they don't need this parasocial relationship thing and would probably not experience it towards anime characters. If a vtuber wants to appeal to normalfags, she has to do something unusual; e.g. play GTA and use racial slurs while using a cute avatar and feminine voice, cook spiders, etc. - and even then, normalfags rarely stick around (although they might still subscribe to the channel, even though they won't come back).

She actually did quite a few English streams in 2020 in the morning.
That's where she learned about Japanglish and lost her shit at some. A word that wasn't even on the image she saw became a bit of a short lived intro for her streams - ohamorning.
Not entirely sure why she stopped doing it, she seemed like she enjoyed doing those streams and chat wasn't complete aids.
She still, predictably, mostly spoke Japanese, but she was fairly open to talking English.
