I'd advise Fubuki if you like cute voices and don't speak Japanese, as even if you don't know Japanese you can just imagine a tiny Fubuki in front of you trying to talk to you in Japanese, like some tiny toy. That helps me keep up my reps even if I don't understand her that well right now just on how cute her voice is.
If you want a cuter mid sized chuuba, Pochi is absolutely precious, I adore her. She loves her chat an absolute ton and even went and learned a ton of english, so she can read and speak to you in that too, though she doesn't stream that much due to her health, so you'd mostly be watching archives.
If you don't mind guys, you can watch Holostars collab streams. They've got a real "bros hanging out" kind of feel to them and can really help you relax if that appeals to you or you're in the mood to give something new a try.
If you're more into indies or english speakers, I've heard good things about Koragi, who avoids things like politics and shitty twitter drama that tends to plague the western indies a lot and who lies closer to the Holo feel than Vshojo like most of the other twitch indies.
If you'd like a weird lovable feel to your chuuba Korone is an old reliable, and always has a ton of fun with whatever she's doing, and also has a cute voice, though less cute than Fubukis in my opinion.
If you want a more chill feel, the tacodachis have Ina, who tends to be very low energy as some people find that more appealing if they have a hectic daily life.
Laplus has a kind of little bratty sister appeal to many, and keeps her streams shorter and more digestible if you're short on time.
Botan has a nice feel to her, where she's fairly calm but also good at games. She's also very cute, and her laugh is adorable.
KFP tells me Kiara has interesting zatsudans, as she tends to go off on long and interesting tangents when she speaks to her fans.
Marine is very good if you like zatsudans and know japanese, as she really really really seems to enjoy just talking to her chat, and tends to talk about anything chat wants to talk about, which is where the "marine talks about lewd stuff and is a slut like vshojo" thing tends to come from.
Rene from Sugar Lyric is a good rapper, having made rap songs who I who dislikes rap actually like, she also has a sexy voice, and underboob (important). Her voice is low, and nice to relax to.
Lastly, I'd say to give this anons recommendation a shot >>27380657 as I've repeatedly been recommended her by other anons in other threads, like her design, and have been meaning to check her out myself.

Cant speak for alot of recommendations as i only watch phase connect,but id strongly recommend tenma from said corpo. Shes a hilarious snappy japanese fujo whos huge into american action movies and fucking with her chat.

I dare say the guy isn't complexly emotionally immovable. It's fine to use vtubers or any other hobby to destress from an obviously very stressful situation while doing what that anon said. Refusing to destress and relax in a high stress situation is very effective for a very short amount of time, and then craters when you can't take it anymore.
