From where did you draw this conclusion? Aqua and coco get along well, esp when aqua was feeling down from antis attacking her for playing smash with a pro and was concerned with what to do, coco came and cheered her up and gave her advice.
If you're talking about the whole CN debacle she hasn't publicly said anything about it, and I'm sure it hurt her a lot but i doubt it will be to the point of hating Coco. Coco actually did them a favor of pulling out of the shit storm market that is China.
