Fefe's "streams" were mainly just "Vtuber radio" where she played punk rock music over an animation of her avatar pole-dancing. She occasionally did actual video game streams with her model, but those were rare.
Nowadays, she does fuck-all. Maybe one or two real Vtuber streams a year, if she can be bothered. Her twitter timeline is 99% horny posting, but about once a month she'll write a longer tweet about how depressed she is that no one talks to her anymore, or "one of my best friends told me once that I'd never succeed as a Vtuber, please give me sympathy tweets" or complaining that the Vtubers she introduces to each other become better friends with each other instead of her. Manipulative shit like that.
She's the Zoe Quinn of Vtubers. She became a social presence in the early days of a scene, expected to be put on a pedestal despite barely creating anything herself, and is now bitter that she's not a major name on the same level of creators who actually do the work and earned their fame. If Nux hadn't torpedoed his Vtuber group by picking a fight with Vshojo, we might've seen her start streaming a bit more often, but she probably would've mainly just stuck to collabs with the others in that group, because she clearly has no initiative to regularly stream on her own.

"Attaching to bigger YouTubers" isn't the right way to word it. Nux has a history of showing up in other people's streams, including streamers he doesn't personally know, and doing obnoxious shit either in the chatroom or through donation messages to get a reaction out of them so he can use a clip for one of his youtube videos. The Snuffy incident got the most attention because she tweeted about it, where he asked her multiple times through superchats to talk about Logan Paul's suicide forest video during what was essentially a relaxing ASMR stream, when he'd never even introduced himself to her before, but it wasn't the first time he'd done something like that. He tried something similar to Silvervale way before that (again, without having ever introduced himself to her before), and she immediately told him to fuck off and leave her streams alone.

Ironmouse said in her first stream after the twitter fight that she'd ended her friendship with him months beforehand because he secretly recorded her in a voicecall and used the recording in one of his videos without her permission. Nyanners said in that discord post that set everything off that they'd asked him to stop using their faces in thumbnails for videos they weren't actually taking part in, but he kept doing it anyway. Even after the fallout, he kept making similar videos but using Hololive and Nijisanji instead ("Me and Kiara react to THIS! Me and the Nijisanji boys hung out!" But then in the videos themselves, it's just him reacting to them). It's not that he attaches himself to bigger content creators in a collab sort of way, it's that he uses them to make his channel bigger and make himself look closer to people than he actually is. That's different than when Vshojo actually does a real collab with a holomem.

Standard YouTube content mainly revolving around discord tournaments with other vtubers and content creators. He hasn't gotten into another community wide shitstorm yet.

Speaking of which, Nux may be a clout chasing attention whore faggot who larps about being a troll mastermind like some Death Note character but he wasn't in the wrong during the doxxing situation.
The Vshojo talents were right to be annoyed with his past behavior, but regardless of if it was an earnest communication fuckup from management or a deliberate and malicious attempt to ruin him the girls only ended up shooting themselves in the foot by airing all that dirty laundry. The backpedal after Nux released the receipts left a huge stain on Vshojo's sense of professionalism in they eyes of the general public.
That said, instead of moving on already Nux still likes to gloat about the fact that he not only survived getting turbo-canceled but came out "on top". So fuck him.
