Nobody wants to watch a very slow-paced game that averages at 30 minutes play time on a single que. Some can even go for as long as an hour— might as well watch a movie for that.
Competitive Dota2 is really fun to watch though as they're guys who plays the game at the highest tier; from the banning phase mindgames up until the mechanical display and the strategical outplays in-game.
I don't think your average vtuber has the IQ and game sense high spec enough to make a chess-like game as Dota2 anywhere near fun/watchable.

Himawari used to play offstream with Kuzuha back in 2018-2019, she would talk about how she used to play more but didn't have the time anymore.
Maybe you can find a compilation of it because they both would make hero sounds, like the timbersaw ones, out of nowhere during streams that had nothing to do with dota and it was really really fucking funny.
