Since pika is gonna play with full Japanese on, if you still wanna know the full story but don't feel like sitting through another play through, or play it yourself, the youtube channel Gaming Harry did a pretty detailed video on the game's story, including some mentioning of various story branches. The video is 30 mins long but the plot explanation portion is only about 20-25 mins.

I am mentioning this because I was curious about the story but didn't wanna sit through a full run, so I searched for plot explanation video and I found Gaming Harry's to be the best.
