Despite what I saw from /jp/'s Niji thread about Nagao's voice I thought he sounded really adorable. I should really watch him more. His English seems to be improving over time and I can't wait to see how far he'll get in the next couple of months.

I don't think you'd find a plaid shirt with that specific collar very easily, you might be able to get a similar effect by undoing the first couple buttons and folding the area back so it becomes part of the 'collar'. Not too sure about the sleeves though, the radius seems to be for an oversized shirt, but the waist area seems like a normal fit, but that might be from the tucked shirt. Try searching for oversized shirts/going a couple sizes up to start with.

That being said illustrations don't always accurately reflect how clothes look on real people, so your mileage may vary depending on your physique and the clothes you try.

It looks like a dark brown plaid shirt with a double breasted collar. However most double breasted things are closer to jackets than shirts.
