Unknown. You'll get rrats here about Sukoya fucking doctors while on break and went het but nobody really knows. They were still together for a while around the time Sukoya's break started (which lasted 9 months), then around October Tomoe stopped mentioning Sukoya at all and liking crossick fanart. She said some time later that she was harassed too much by crossick fans who kept asking her about Sukoya, and that she didn't know if they'd continue being an unit when Sukoya came back
then Sukoya came back and said the same thing about crossick collabs but pretty much implied crossick (as an unit at least) was dead.
TLDR: pekomiko 2.0 , they don't even acknowledge each other's existence anymore

Pomu had to get preventative surgery. While she didn't specify beyond that and was obviously very sensitive about it, the most probable surgery was a double mastectomy in response to having the gene that makes you very likely to get breast cancer.
