I think, part of it is, Gura wasn't intimidated by Ame in the beginning, and doesn't need to restrain herself like she does with other members. For example, it's clear that her interactions with Ina are basically just enough to look good on stream, but she knows she can't act like herself at all and so she just puts on an act both for Ina and the audience. She had an actual friendship going with Mori for a while, but it seems like it kind of petered out, and they don't really care about each other anymore. With Kiara, their personalities are just too different to get along much whatsoever.
