What's the appeal of Sora really? Her Singing only? She is probably the most boring out of hololive. Sora is a nice, next door kind of girl. She has a banter-like relationship with her fans where they tease her a bit and she responds cutely. She's a pretty good singer with a high range although she's a bit slow to learn new songs. Her karaoke streams are nice to tune into and she releases covers and original songs fairly frequently. Her fans aren't unicorns so she can collab with guys like Gachiman and call into Roberu's tatsumachi without backlash on her end. She has fun with her content while still being very professional during streams. By that I mean that she plays a character who's close to her personality and doesn't slip outside of it. She's still an otaku as she shows during her collabs with Iofi
She also doesn't pander to stupid memes. When an English fan told her during a karaoke "You're a true idol, YAGOO's dreams are saved!", she simply answered that there weren't false idols. I'll admit that Sora isn't an excellent streamer though. There are dead moments during her streams where she simply stays quiet for a bit to think about stuff which can a be bit boring if you're looking for an high tension stream. She also has some problems with her model, which has a frustrating tendency to show her teeth making her look like she's grimacing. She gets really invested in games like Nier Automata where she felt strongly about the self destruction black boxes in the androids. However, I wouldn't say that she's a particularly good gamer
Sora is a nice girl and although I wouldn't call her my oshi, I hope that she finds success in her music career and one day performs at the Yokohame Arena like she dreams to

I wouldn't call Miko 100% Hololive but she is 100% Cover. She is similar to AZKi in that she was brought on as part of a different branch of Cover (called the Sakura Miko Project). It wasn't until later that the Sakura Miko Project was shut down and Miko herself was merged into Hololive. Basically Miko debuted as Miko after Gen 1 but before Gen 2 but she didn't join Hololive until after Gen 2.
