Thinking about it logically I look at this and assume it must be something to do with having a large proportion of Chinese viewers. They seem to get enough art and superchats to justify those kinds of viewer numbers so there are probably real viewers behind those numbers somewhere unless you think they are botting art too.

Then you look at the girls they don't get graphs like this and hardly any Chinese watch them. And you have to consider if they wanted to use bots why not make the girls look a lot more popular than they are too? It's already been shown by the number thread themselves that you can achieve even bigger results for $10.

That's exactly the stream I linked in my post as an example. There were Luxiem boys on that stream for a good portion of the time it was live and thus it exhibits weird behaviour compared to what the girls streams normally do because it attracts the Chinese viewership. You can even see Chinese in the word cloud for it. Something you never usually see for the girls.
