Okay so. They're all pretty decent offensive typings, with a solid neutral coverage. Lamy is the only one with no 4x weakness (Koyori is double weak to Ground, Fauna is double weak Bug), but overall they all have pretty garbage defensive typings. Koyori, on top of her double weakness to ground, is weak to water, rock, and psychic, which are common offensive typings. She does have the least weaknesses here, though. Lamy is weak to grass, electric, fighting, and rock. Lamy also doesn't have that many good resistances. Fauna, on top pf bug, is weak to fire, poison, fighting, flying and fairy. She's kind of riddled with weaknesses.
Without knowing the stats, abilities or movepools, I'd say Koyori.
