Honestly, I don't remember much at all from the concert. Might be because I stayed up way too long for what was in the end way to little (but sure, kinda my own fault overhyping myself on offcollab rrats), but besides a superficial sense of "uh, everyone is cute, yeah...", there wasn't really all that much happening. Delays in the beginning (Kanauru busy rendering his videos or what), the "concert" part was basically a rushed clip show of playing everyone's pre-recorded performances one after the other (seriously, at least put a few minutes of "banter" segments between each performance, the JPs figured that out a long time ago to make their pre-rec performances look less obvious), then the obligatory merch shill (nice fork...) at the end and just kthxbye she's out...
Not hating on Gura or anything, she was cute and all, but I would've preferred something more spontaneous/real/live, even if it had lower production values (for example, the offcollab earlier felt more special than the "actual" birthday stream and was much more enjoyable for that reason)

I don't know what Kiara has planned for her own birthday (besides that it also involves 3D, obviously), but I hope it has some more variety and immediacy than this format/template

I actually really enjoyed whole production, and it got me to stay in the stream for the merch portion, so I think it worked pretty well.
Ina's and Kiara's duets were both really good, and Myth or Treat was exactly the kind of unity song you want to end with.
