Vtubers do change according to their fanbase, so it's a conundrum. I do want them to be successful and have more viewers, but I also used to watch Twitch vtubers and all the ones I liked ended up being influenced into becoming completely different people. I frequent /hlgg/ since it's foundation and I see nothing wrong with raids. It just makes box pushing, something they already do, much easier. Honestly, I want ENs to raid IDs because ones like Anya who has viewer retention just doesn't get exposure to even retain those viewers in the first place. For example, Nina Saotome and Girl_DM's inclines can be partially attributed to their viewer retention because they don't suffer from massive viewer losses after a raid.

People who whine about hurrdurr twitch culture fail to see vtubing has it's own culture and will only be diluted not by new viewers, but the talents themselves that enable them. It's not like bubbles of sanity don't exist within twitch either.
