Virgil's the one that I watch the most. I picked her up because she was obviously a big Devil May Cry fan. She's a really smug military officer brat but has the biggest heart in the group, and gets flustered when you shower her with compliments. A very very cute daughterwife. She has really good drawing skills and her art streams get surprisingly really comfy, when her usual streams are pretty chaotic and unpredictable in a good way. Unsurprisingly has a lot of artist friends and has the most connections. She's probably the most hardworking one too since she hasn't went on hiatus yet and carried the group when the other two were gone at the same time for a week. Also has a lovely singing voice but seems too shy and hesitant to show it. She has pretty good taste in anime, movies, and visual novels and tends to sperg about them when asked on stream, and her power level leaks from time to time. Also Purin's friend, their podcast series are a treat to watch because you get to see these two brats are their best together.

From her story, it sounds like she would've remained an artist. But yeah, it did seem like she was feeling a little stuck and needed some new purpose.

Yep, agreed. The number one required skill for a ceo is securing investment, but for a vtubing company it's even more important to scout properly. Although it's possible that Virgil was simply too high spec to overlook.
