Tetsuya Nomura! Don't care that he's part of square or all the hate, dude would be the one of the bets Vtuber parents out there. He likes drawing, he likes drawing his own characters, he likes drawing other characters when he gets the chance, he loves referencing things in his art like Kirby being FF7's meteor logo in pic so he'll do it in the design no problem.
Ask him for a new outfit and the man will most likely have 3 concepts already since he loves fashion. Hell you can just ask him to walk into his closet and pick from there and it'll be decent. Would work with other artists just so the gen could have a good matching outfit. Mayhaps he won't be at the streams like Huke-papa but it he would love very minute and buck he got from it.

It'd be crazy if Nomura actually made a vtuber. I love his designs for The World Ends With You, having a vtuber with that sort of style to him would be sick.

If we're going into the realm of crazy fantasies of high level artists/designers making vtubers, I'd throw my vote for Kazuya Nuri, main character designer for Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney and The Great Ace Attorney. His sense of character design is great, all of his designs being lively and full of personality, while not being excessively busy and flashy(cough cough Dual Destinies and Spirit of Justice). He's also good at coming up with different outfits for single characters that fit them while looking unique, so it'd be perfect for a vtuber.

Also it's a terrible idea, but I kind of want to see what Hirohiko Araki would do for a vtuber. Absolutely would not want him to actually be the illustrator for one, it'd look WAY too out of place.

Pretty much all this. There's also a need to have a good intro. The first seven seconds are the most important. You have to
1) Not tell anyone you are or have audition with your name attached to it
A) Set your character (you are auditioning to play a character how good you are at this is important. Also try to figure out one that fits the voice you are giving it and might be somewhat unique.)
B) Sound like your not reading off a script (notecards can help with this)
C) Separate yourself from others "(Hi I'm X, and I am Y and do Z" are the stock ones they will hear, however if you nail the other 2 you can skirt this one a bit)

There's no way it was any of the stars because if they were there, management will not waste a chance for a fourth participant. From what I see they had Omaesan there because no one else was able to make it. Uproar is slightly believable because they don't have 3D but it makes no difference to have Uproar act as Omaesan when they can't even say anything. My guess it was the same manager who acted as Omaesan during Oga's 3D debut.
