I work out 2 days in a row then 1 day break. I cycle through different muscle groups throughout the week. Nothing intensive but enough so you can see I take care of myself. It's the consistency that got the results, not so much the weights or specific workouts.

I spend a lot of my time at the computer coding and shitposting so I have to look after myself physically or I'll become an Ollie or Mori.

I started 36 days ago doing 100 push ups, 100 sit ups and 100 squats everyday, so far I'm doing 50% more push ups and sit ups and double the amount of squads.
Yes, obviously I'm seeing results I have a sore body but I have good genes to recover and develop more muscle.

i workout six days a week mostly doing weight training, i don’t really do cardio as that can kill your gains im not ripped but have quite a bit of mass and some definition I personally have a dream to one day fight buffson to the death for ultimate gremlin supremacy and ames hand in marriage. My current pr,s for bench deadlift and squat are 315,405,335 do you guys think i have a chance to clap buffson?

I do wrestling and judo supplemented with Olympic weightlifting.
Wake up at 6 am and go for a jog then eat breakfast. Workout schedule is dependent on Kiara's stream schedule (afternoon streams=morning training and vice versa). Generally I go to grappling classes in the afternoon. Three times a week I lift weights. Monday: snatch/back squat/back. Wednesday: clean and jerk/front squat/shoulders. Friday: deadlift/bench/accessories. My parents pay for my uni and gym expenses so I make sure to be disciplined because otherwise I won't be able to afford superchats if my family catch me lazing off.
