Honestly I feel happy for her, if you do it correctly while maintening discipline you see how your body is able to accomplish a lot of things you could't believe.
Right now I can do 150 push ups, 150 sit ups and 200 squats everyday in a 36 days progress, it is hard for everybody to start. Not your typical bitter comment, I know.
