Depends. There's plenty of vtubers that are either universally loved or universally regarded with ambivalence. Because almost no one gives enough of a shit to have an opinion on them, or at least an opinion they'd bother to voice. You can take any popular vtuber out there, literally any of them, and there will inevitably be some detractors. If I had to be honest? At this moment for Hololive EN, I think Bae is about the only one that can get a pass. She's hard working, open, honest, and hasn't done any yabs to date. The only 'complaints' are from contrarians and Hololive antis that just shit on anything Hololive, period, regardless of whether or not there is an actual reason.

Hololive JP? I'd say Aki and Fubuki really. You may not like what they stream, but it's hard to really dislike THEM.

Not even those two. Marine's talked about it, Astel has talked about it (Shinove at least), Botan and Polka has talked about it and its rumored that Polk has worked for actual Black Companies. Luna is much more comfortable here then when she was at 2434. The only person that has is Coco and that was only about extremely specific things she kinda caused to happen to herself (not the anti's but the restrictions placed on her due to her lack of monitoring what went on asacoco and how much she pushed boundaries.) In fact the biggest complaint the talents seem to have outside of restrictions placed by interpratitions of youtubes guidelines and game permissions is managers pestering talents to take fucking breaks.
Hell people outside of Cover are surprised by how professional the Stars are off-screen (both the talent and management) compared to indies and other corpos.
It's not perfect, many mistakes have been made but they do come off as not being actively malicious

I'm trying to remember which incident that caused a graduation was hers but I believe it was the one where she was being harrassed by a dramatuber (and I want to say it was narukami) and was told to stop all activities including sponships til it got resolved. The issue is this wasn't a week or two or even a month. Nijisanji was going to hold off for an indefinite amount (it was thought to be at least a year) so they can sue for more money. Thing is unlike Cover Corp, Niji doesn't pay their talents a salary so she was going to make no money in that time period. She chose to graduate instead and negotiated towards option so her vods could stay up on youtube. Niji did not like that and took down everything related to her. It might of been a different situation because there's just so many. Point being while its getting better as a company there was a point when they were actively malicious.
And if you go by what Lulu said, the internal culture between talents and management is worse. And I believe the same thing happened to her vods too.
