Now I get why Salome's numbers looks suspicious, in most streams in the past two days, there's a huge overlap between respective fanbases. Riku really thought they could boost or manufacture numbers like they did with Luxiem in April. Luxiem's growth was humble from December to March, then came April and May. For Luxiem, It was clear that they tapped in a market where they pander to overseas fujos for views, NijiEN girls didn't get that big of a growth outside of big collabs. For Salome, it's pretty funny no one could explain her growth other than her tapping into a completely new 40-50k audience who would only watch her and not anyone else alongside growth that is faster than any nijis who tolled for 3-4 years.

As a collective Gen, they have the slowest growth, the gave the worst average ccv, they have the worst vod views per day, their superchat revenue is fucking garbage, you COULD argue using merch but literally every single holo can seek merch, every single bit of money that is spent on them for resources can be spent on much more successful holo(s)
There is literally not a single merit of keeping the entire Gen around, matusri is a literal menhera who that attracts horrible fans (see nygger), aki and Mel are just there and are inconsequential whether they exist or not since 90% of holo fans don't even realize they're streaming when they are.

And anyone whining about content will make the choice to leave if they want to, yet a lot of them have stayed. And Fubuki is of course one of the pillars upon which hololive rests, and can still get 10k+ streams any day if she wants - she just prefers to stream what she wants instead, since she's usually flooded with offstream work and would rather use her streams to relax.
