It depends, t.mono-lingual burger.
Accent and voice-wise it's not noticeable to me. I've listened to people who are WAY more pronounced in their accent when speaking English, or have trouble figuring out word order on the fly. Software engineer, so I'm used to listening to European conference talks and I talk with lots of South Asians daily to get shit done.
On word choice, Kiara definitely has her moments at which point it's very clear she's ESL. But it's super endearing when she leans on chat to figure out the word she means from the context.
Net, she sounds fluent and probably a native speaker in her accent, right until she forgets the right random noun or verb that goes in her sentence.

the more frustrating thing is that when youtube sees a new channel with no content suddenly gaining a huge number of subs, its algos are highly likely to flag it as a suspicious account and de-push it from further visibility and/or unsubscribes the people as "bots".

We've seen this culling pattern enough times by now after debuts that Cover (haha, doinganything.txt...) should have learned from it and put policies in place to prevent it as best as possible (not that you can completely escape the arbitrary whims of the inscrutable algo gods, but something like making sure your new channel starts with some uploads right away would probably help).

I like the outfit overal, would probably rate it 8/10 if I had to put a number on it. It's not the best of hers, but it's not the worst either. I rank it higher than her initial Uniform (of course) and the Summer model, and lower than her Empress dress. About the same as the New Years kimono.

It showcases her big ol titties, so that's always a big plus. Plus it has sentimental value for her and connects her with her homeland, so it gets a bonus that goes beyond pure aesthetics.

What little I have to complain about would mostly be just minor nitpicks. The design is ultimately relatively simple and I wouldn't have minded an even flashier, ornate design. The colors are also rather muted and pastel, and personally could've been more vibrant. Or it's more a matter of shading, and a little more depth would've helped made it look less flat-shaded / one-tone. But again, this is just negligible stuff.

I don't know what's the magic line that triggers youtube algo overlords (they probably don't even know themselves), but I have seen subs getting culled from indie/smallcorpo debuts that gained maybe 1-2k initially and gotten half of them taken away again after a few days. From what little I've picked up from artists, Youtube numbers for songs aren't really all that important monetarily anyway. With what little pay you can expect per view (iirc it was something like a hundredth of a cent or similarly bleak), the difference between a 200k song and a 500k song is marginal at best, less than the cost of a steak dinner maybe, and you would need to have a song reach millions or tens of millions of views to see a significant income return that noticeably recoups the cost of the song you had for producing it, and beyond.

There's more money on specialized music platforms like Spotify etc., but for most Holos I believe most songs are probably net loss-makers anyway and better thought of as just passion projects and not money-makers, or as "advertisements" with the hope that it makes new people check you out and drives fans to higher-margin income sources like SC, members, merch etc.
