Is there anyone who has been shat on more by hololive than Irys? They hook her up with the worst english lyric writers. Don't push any of her music, despite her being a "vsinger" and then refuse to give her a 3D to do concerts in, and refuse to give her a secondary outfit.

How humiliating it has to be for her to hang out with Sora and others and have to be a 2D board. It was funny at first, but now she's the joke.

If they just treated her as well as they treated anyone else in the company she would be happy. It's sad, because if they let her, she could be the best EN streamer.

If IRyS walks the same path as Ame, then she will have: A pretty damn successful career with a strong fanbase that supports her, and genmates that all love her (the latter which I'm sure is the case anyway). Ame isn't an applicable comparison for this specific shift in "change" that you're alluding to in your post. Like everyone, she goes through bouts of motivation. Case in point how recently she's streaming a ton and has had plenty of collabs in the past month.

Literally don't worry about it. IRyS will be fine and if that redesign/new outfit/3D ever comes she'll be feeling great again.
