I'm just coming back myself, it's just a fun game to play but I never get invested in the end game gear grinding and shit, I'm not autistic enough for that.
Still up and running, still free to play, and they hand out gear at certain points to smooth out the ride. Not sure when the next character is getting released on official (vampire loli) but it shouldn't be too far off.
