Some of it could've been the timing, since she would've picked that last year this time. More generally, the 3D bit wasn't even thought about at that time, and the height of the pandemic meant asking for a live concert was probably a non-starter. After thinking about it, I don't think that it's an office outfit, rather it's the dirndl she has always wanted with an overcoat.
