I don't think Disney will ever have their established characters appear as streamers. Best you can expect is a prerecorded video for a special occasion with official EN VAs appearing as avatars (vtubers). The reason for that is quite simple: if you let someone stream as your popular characters, there are high chances of them fucking up somewhere down the line and eternally tainting that character to a point it could affect future movie releases/reworks. Imagine if Elsa from Frozen streamed and said she likes shota and would start shilling liberal agendas like it's okay for kindergarteners to decide their own gender. The shitstorm it would cause would never be worth it.
Having said that, I think it's plausible Disney will try to debut new characters as vtubers just like Sony did. I'm sure if Sony didn't flop so hard we'd already be seeing Mr. Mouse debuting vtubers left and right but for now they seem to be cautious.
Another possibility is that they won't bother like Sony and won't build from scratch. Instead one day some fat finger from Disney will decide to buy Cover (Hololive) or Nijisanji and it will be done. That's been their business practice for some time now.

I've checked some talents from Sony's vtuber groups and honestly they're not that bad. As far as being entertaining is concerned I'd say they definitely deserve 2-5k CCV that Holos ar Niji are getting but instead they're stuck at 100 CCV average.
