I just realized there's no docs inside, so I'll just post what I did to make it work. A lot of the process will be familiar to MUGEN users except for new features.

1. In folder chars/ make a copy of the kfm_mmf character folder. Rename the folder to the character name as well as the kfm_mmf.def file inside to match.

2. Copy mmd files into the character folder, preferably in their own subfolder.

3. Open kfm_mmf.spr in a text editor. Replace
"kfm\kfm.pmx" with the path to the new mmd files.

4. In folder data/, open select.def in text editor and add in the character folder name to the roster

Honestly as a holostars clipper this is slightly true I guess, algorithm was on a high last year around this time but now algorithm is slowing down, lesser views lesser motivated, we put a good amount of work into videos and see them flop, although i overcame that issue, many havent still, and because of covid being gone soon, there's no lock down staying at home, lesser motivation and time ends up with less clips

So Holox will pretty much debut theirs over the course of the next 5 weeks, so for Iroha it took a little over 6 months and for whoever is the last (probably Laplus since they might do reverse debut order) almost to a little over 7 months. If it takes the same amount of time for Uproar we have a September/October window, maybe even November. Considering Astel debuted his 3D model 19 days before 1st Act this timing is much more generous, so it's not that far fetched. But of course that's entirely depending on Uproar getting the same treatment, and who knows if Japan by then becomes fully open and the other foreign branches are able to debut their models.
