Nah, it's doing fine. They JP talents, though. I'm not sure. With their voices breaking, taking month leaves for family or physical and mental reasons, I wouldn't be surprised if we get another Hololive graduation maybe for next year.

Some talents are having health/mental issues in JP but overall they're fine. On the other hand, EN branch is surely dying/stagnating by almost all metrics. At this point I'm not even sure if EN3 or HomoEN could save those entitled bitches from their downfall caused by laziness.
