Regarding Coco, indeed Pekora and Korone had big moments, but it was Coco who changed the vtuber scene, Asacoco and her other ideas left a mark in the industry which at least 4 different holos tried to copy it, other holomen literally used to stop midstream just to watch Asacoco, that's how much impact she did. Gura should definitely be on the list, less so for what she did herself, but what influence she had. Gura's success (and to a lesser extent the rest of Myth) made western vtubing explode, to the point where even JP chuubas are pandering to the international audience. Just look at how the new Sony vtubers and the new Nijisanji girl do that despite their English skills being nearly nonexistent.
