They are good singers because they focused a lot on singing.
There is always a cost to everything.
This means they also need to relax and reduce the efforts on what they think is less important, in order to focus more on their singing streams.

Vtubers are also not generally the healthiest people you can find.

Is your top priority really singing alone or the person singing?
I like good singers, but what I like even more is if those good singers have a great mindset and exude happiness.
