It really does come down to how consistent she is with her superchat readings, and how she really makes you feel like she appreciates it when she reads them out.
In comparison, Mori's superchat readings are okay, but she doesn't give herself enough time to go on tangents so you just get a lot of "BIG UPS MY DUDE". Ame's Supa Sunday is fun, but the streams being these massively long 7+ hour events along with setting up bubba bot puts off a lot of newcomers. And Gura does a great job with her superchat readings honestly, but she's only started doing them in the last couple of months, and she doesn't do them quite as often as Kiara. They're still very entertaining and enlightening though.

She also can take the wrong lesson from her criticism. For example, during her debut she was right in saying that her language skills is what made her unique compared to her genmates, but because of what one superchat said + the things she read while egosearching, she decided to stop translating as much. Fast forward months later and now she thinks she could've treated her JP fanbase better and is sad because she thinks she lost most of her JP fans.
Now after the uno collab the lesson she took is that she shouldn't be the one organizing collabs, even though one of the things she loves the most is organizing and planning events (german blood) and also collabing with people (her outgoing personality). So now she has stopped organizing collabs for the moment. Who knows how long that will last.

Ina has flat out said streaming is more of a fun activity to her than a job, so not really any shade there. Personally I like that it remains a fun, laid back experience where she isnt trying excessively hard to be entertaining.
