Interacting is fine but none of them have the sense of being in hostile territory there used to be posting on mangakas' individual BBSes. There's a level of respect, or at least decorum of combat, that is lost when they believe they're in the same community because they're on the same site that gives them all their porn and news. If that's what you're referring to, allow me to pontificate. Many people in SEA countries do not speak english as their main language. Many learn enough to be considered fluent, but they do not use it frequently enough to have the finesse to fully escape misused grammar and other signs of lacking proficiency to a native speaker of the language. This is an entirely separate phenomenon from native speakers who are dumb and don't know their own language in the US/EU.
There is nothing wrong with SEA fans, and that distinction doesn't somehow stretch into their race or nationality.
However, back on point, that lacking proficiency usually brings about the general issues being discussed in this thread and the previous regarding westerner's general lack of noticing and adapting to JP streaming culture. It's not the only cause, and it may not even be a large cause, but it's probable. A recent (within the last year) survey of a smaller vtuber's fans showed just under 20% being from SEA countries, which is a significant number.
I did not intend it as a judgement call on the intelligence of the races within the SEA countries. Don't be a fag.

If someone has an archive, I don't think it would take much at all to tweak it to be useable on neocities. It wouldn't take Japanese knowledge either, the hard part is being able to explain why neocities is a good idea, how HTML works and how the online file structure works. I don't think she would trust a third party to be in control of her website, so we'd just need to have everything laid out and detailed

I'd also like for Comma to recreate her site but I'm not sure it's a good idea to encourage her to use Neocities yet. It also seems a bit rude to me to push her to work again on creating a website taking in account that:
- She has already decided she wants to make a book instead
- She doesn't have any web-related knowledge, she only knows how to use Wix web building tools on a very basic level
- We are not 100% sure Neocities would allow her content

Overall I think it's best for Hotokemachi (remember, the site was for the whole group, not just Comma) to have its own website without relying on external assistance, especially a foreigner with language/timezone differences. But unfortunately so far I don't see any initiative coming from them, most Japanese replies seem to be しょうがない-like.

Not sure how we could help. Maybe it's better to wait for now to see if they decide to do something first.
