And yeah I've dealt with ISP issues myself, my last shitty apartment I had to wait 3 weeks on maintenance and the local ISP kicking the problem back and forth between each other before somebody finally agreed to run a wire back up to my unit that had somehow been knocked back between the walls or something after they cleared out for the previous tenant.
