It's always up to the regulars who man their generals to keep things clean. Reporting people isn't enough, you need to report the fucker together until a mod pays attention. There are cleaner generals out there and some of them are mergers or confederations instead of single company or single vtuber generals. Retro for example had a rocky formation for example but they still learned how not to bite bait with a little discussion on concensus and some training. If your general is a mess then collectively you're not doing your job. Don't blame everything on raids or tourists.

The sooner this board becomes /vtg/ the better.
