The lack of support for her basically meant no-one really liked her enough to stand up for her when she needed it the most. Was the termination justified? Debatable. Did she at least deserve some support and others listen to her story? Yes. Even that Meiro girl from N*j*sanj* had others listen to her side and had help from her senpais.

Depends on what the company decides to look over or enforce. In Rushia's case unless she was risking more than the income she brought in it didn't really make any sense to go scorched earth with her.

Her showing a picture of her room and leaking a chat with her manager doesn't really make sense, but neither does Cover.

I've kept trying to say this over and over and over again but nobody understands that both how big it got and who it involved contributed heavily to their final decision.
Cover is still a company, with a board of directors and many people have some level of vested interest in their success but, like in many corporate spaces, the massive network of people who could influence company decisions is usually made up of people who have their hands in many, many pies and are more or less passive investors, but such people are at least usually aware of their investment even if they don't actively track it, and when drama starts that reaches them and they see that it's about a company they invest in it's at those times that such people start making calls.

Rushia was never fired. She broke her contract. There's a difference. Contracts can be broken from either party. At that point their professional relationship is considered legally terminated. From the moment Rushia violated the terms of her contract she was no longer a Hololive member. Even if Cover wanted her to stick around it would create a massive legal precedent making all the other contracts they had with talents null and void.

She had to go. Nobody had any choice in the matter. Except Rushia.
