I'd say (in my opinion)

Lumi: doesn't know what shes doing at all, but she does it in a very cute way and that's what makes her charming. her robotic aesthetic is really fucking awesome. Its fun to teach her more about games and the net.

Amiya: Knows a lot about retro game, a hag through and through. very cute and engaging (cutest snorty laugh ever) has a really amazing singing voice and plays the guitar.

Kiki: Confirmed oldfag from /here/ , very cute lolibaba hag. she knows a lot about old internet culture and gets autisically immersed in whatever game shes playing.

TheGoodJared: Although he's kind of a meme added, I actually really like his content. The way he can stay in character the entire time as well makes the whole concept really fun.

I don't think any one of them are "the best" they all have different charm points.
