This is bad because literally their 2 money makers and their managers all left at once.
And even the managers being gone aside, Miori has been a huge help with all the other talents in setting up their OBS settings and making sure everyone has good audio quality, especially when it comes to covers and songs. Losing Miori is a big hit even just beyond the numbers she brought in.

So I just got off the phone with Karen, according to her this was actually the result of Hanabi getting pregnant with Yuuna's child. Apparently Miori and Yuuna cooked up a plan to fly Hanabi to Texas for a week to hang out with Yuuna, unknown to Hanabi though it was actually just a ploy to lock her up for a week and have merciless lesbian sex with her.
Yuuna however being a dumbass didn't use contraceptive and got Hanabi pregnant which came out a few months later. Unfortunatenly despite what everyone claimed, Hanabi was actually only 17, she was only considered 18 due to asian countries often starting the counter at 1 instead of 0, this made this statutory rape of a minor and would be a bigger deal if let out, but they swept it under the rug instead.

Since both Miori and Yuuna were at fault they were highly encouraged to leave in order for PPP and Urara to keep silent. Meru didn't want to go on without them so she decided to leave, and Kallin had been thinking about leaving for awhile so she took the opportunity to just leave with them.
Urara knew Tsunderia would tank hard without Miori and Yuuna, so she decided this was the right time to move as well. And without Urara, Karen decided to leave as well.

My theory is that with Urara and Char gone, PPP gave the remaining chuubas an opportunity to leave with their assets while he restructures the company.
